It’s Trail Time!

Scene Setup Ideas...

Optional Extra Scene Idea:

❤️ You could cut out some footprints from black paper or card to make your scene look extra cute.

TIPS:

  • Give yourself a few minutes to cut the trail cards out and hide them using the list on the instructions of where to hide each specific numbered card.
  • Remember to tell the other grown-ups/big children in the house not to remove any clues you may have hidden should they happen to come across one.
  • A few safety rules may need to be set by you, depending on the children.
  • You might need to help little ones read each card and follow them around on the trail…

💡 You may want to use some tac to hold one or two clue cards in place.

THE FOLLOWING WILL HELP YOU PLACE THE TRAIL CLUE CARDS IN THE RIGHT PLACES

🔍KEEP HOLD OF CLUE 1 –  to start the trail with.

🔍HIDE CLUE 2 – In the grown-up’s bedroom on top of the bed.

🔍HIDE CLUE 3 – In the youngest sock drawer.

🔍HIDE CLUE 4 – Under a seat by the dinner table.

🔍HIDE CLUE 5 – In the fridge.

🔍HIDE CLUE 6 – In or on the letterbox (mind little ones fingers).

🔍HIDE CLUE 7 – Behind the TV (little ones may look behind the sofa but that’s okay!).

🔍HIDE CLUE 8 – In the bathroom – above the sink on the wall is a good idea.

🔍HIDE CLUE 9 – Under the doormat (if your doormat doesn’t lift up, you could place an envelope or magazine over it).

🔍HIDE CLUE 10 – Inside the cutlery drawer.

🔍HIDE CLUE 11 – On the youngest child’s pillow.

🔍HIDE CLUE 12 – Inside the roll of a toilet roll.

HIDE / PLACE your treats of choice 🍬 🧁🏆by the oven.

We think the little ones will ❤️LOVE THIS! ❤️
